March 21st, 2010 Special : It is that time of year again. Easter is coming up quick and everyone wants their pictures taken for this spring. We are offering a 30 minute photo session at the Myriad Gardens. With this package you will get a DVD with high resolution images of your shoot. You will be given the following poses. Family picture, kids together picture, kid with parent (sons with dad or daughters with mom, etc..), kid individual picture and just the parents picture. This shoot is very fast paced and has a very close time limit so please be on time. The price includes up to 5 persons in the family. If you have more then 5 people we are only charging $10 for each extra individual. If you would like to request a slot please fill out the following form. Our first slot is at 8:30 A.M. and the last slot will begin at 6:30 P.M. All slots are on a first come first serve basis. We do ask that you pay a $10 deposit in order to finalize your time slot. It will be added to the $55 at the time of your session. If you do not show then it will not be refunded. In case of inclement weather the photographer will contact you and let you know if it is cancelled or not. So please include a number that you can easily be reached at. If the day is washed out then we will try to reschedule before Easter. If we are unable to reschedule a shoot for you. Then your deposit will be refunded back to you. After filling out the below form we will contact you to confirm your booking times. These times are already confirmed. 10:00 to 10:30 11:00 to 11:30 1:00 to 1:30 Pictures will be ready in time for Easter.

On Site Printing Fundraiser : Are you or your organization hosting a tournament? Then look to us to help raise you additional funds. CRT Photography wants to help support you or your organization by providing your spectators, players and so many more people with high quality prints within minutes at your tournament. Not only will this help you in making your event the buzz of the industry but it will also help put your organizations ledger that much further in the black. We do not require players, staff, parents or anyone else except for us to run our booth. All you have to do is give us access to your location a few hours before the event is set to start. We have kept our prices reasonable for your spectators. Offering them on site printing with their choices being 8x10’s, 2 – 5x7’s, 4x6’s and 3” Buttons. This is all while they are at your event! Their order will usually only take about 5 minutes for it to be completed so they can go on their way to enjoy the rest of your event. We only ask that you please notify us no later than 2 weeks before your event that you wish for us to attend. We all know sport seasons can become crammed very quickly. So the sooner we know the better. If you are hosting a party and would like to provide our services to your guest please contact us for a quote.

November 22nd, 2009 Family Portrait Special : We are doing a special that is perfect for any family. This special is a Family Portrait Special. It is for one day only. November 22nd, 2009. We understand the crunch this year has brought on to everyone’s pocket book. This is what we are offering to you. 30 minute Family Portrait Session. Located at Myriad Botanical Gardens. For Mom, Dad and up to 3 children. “We understand you may have more than 3 so just call us and please let us know when we call you to schedule. $10 extra per extra child.” We will photograph and give you a DVD with 1 Family Portrait, 1 Kiddos Portrait, 1 Parents Portrait and 1 Individual Child Portrait for each child. Our schedule times will be between 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.. A lot of the times are already filling up so please act fast. We do ask that you be punctual for your appointment and that you be ready to go at the time you are scheduled. Why are we doing this? This is the best way we can say thank for almost 2 wonderful years of support. We could not be what we are today with out you. The DVD will have print release rights so you can print where you want, when you want, however many you want and post where you want. A web gallery will also be set up for you so it is easier for you to share with family and friends. Lil' Pumpkin Special : IT’S FALL! Meaning its time for you to get your fall pictures. We are running a “Lil’ Pumpkin Special”. Call before Halloween and get these great deals. We have backdrops to choose from. Like the black in the below pictures. Want a brighter picture we can use the awesome white. Don’t know what backdrop to use then we can change it digitally. “Its cool how technology works!” Even greater special on October 25th and October 31st. Get a picture of the kiddo’s in their costumes. We will only be offering a black background and our Harvest background. No sitting fee will be charged on these days. We will get you in and out and on the candy trail. We are waiting to hear where we are going to be set up at. Trying to make it easier on you to get out and about and get some candy! If all else fails we will do it in our studio in Bridge Creek. I promise it will be quick and easy for ya! We also offer printing in our studio. You will be able to pick up the pictures NEXT DAY or we can ship it to you. We even did away with sitting fees for this sale and sheet prices are cheaper for this sale. As low as $15 a sheet. Hurry up before fall leaves us! Sale ends Halloween! Come visit us at the Great Pumpkin Festival in Newcastle on Oct. 25th! We will have our booth set up and you will be able to have us take a picture of you with our Pumpkin Prop! We will be there from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..
