So calm and collective! The judge rules him as the winner! "2 nights in a row!"

Ok as many of you know we are not doing the team portraits for Bridge Creek High School and Middle School Football teams. Originally we were suppose to but things change and other decisions were made.

The way we operate we do more than just take pictures. We support the schools we “sponsor” by providing yearbook, booster clubs, student organizations and news media groups with images and reporting content. It cost a whole lot to provide this support service to the schools. In order to keep this as a no cost service to the school, club or organization we require that we do the team portraits. This helps us fund this service to the school.

When the decision was made not to use CRT Photography for the team portraits for football we had to drop the 2009 High School and Middle School teams from our support. We have to require a fee for image usage and print. We do not want to charge the school to use our images. However with the ever rising cost of being at the games just as freelance is becoming a burden to not only CRT Photography but on to the photographer’s personal lives.

We have proposed a deal to make it possible for us to restore service to Bridge Creek H.S. and M.S. football teams.

To restore service to the High School Football team we will cover all of the home games, 1 scrimmage and Bridge Creek vs. Blanchard away game. That is 6 games total.
You will get a DVD for every game. 6 games for $120. There has to be a 10 person minimum.

I will do the same deal for Middle School Football. The difference is it is 2 away games and 4 home games.

The rights released with this are personal print rights for a single household. You can post the images on social networking sites but I do ask you put courtesy of CRT Photography. Believe it or not I have actually had some other so called photographers steal some of my images in the past and use them for their portfolio. This is not a commercial print release.

This is the best deal we have come up with and we think it would best benefit the community as a whole. We are asking for interested parents to please be signed up by August 27th. If we do not have 10 people per team by that point then we will only be at maybe 2 games. The schools and clubs would have to pay the image fees for usage.

I sincerely hope everyone understands our predicament in this whole situation.
